Leaves of Morya’s Garden by Master Morya and Helena Roerich. I was pointed in the direction of the Roerich’s and Agni Yoga and especially the double volume Leaves of Morya´s Garden the other day. What caught my initial interest was the similarities between the approach of Gurdjieff’s Fourth Way and Helena Roerich simultaneous developed Agni Yoga – also known as ‘Living Ethic’. I found some signs that they might have met in some early groups in Petersburg, but that is another and longer story. Random information you probably won´t find anywhere else: Agni is a Sanskrit word and the name for the Hindu deity ‘The King of Fire’. Appropriately Agni is also the name of India’s first long-range missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
