In reply to Bhola das. Hinduism is a way of life as described in sanathana dharma , written by sapta rishis. The way of life includes day to day rituals followed by Hindus to please the Gods and lead the life in dharmic way. It proscribes that everyone on this planet is to be treated equally and our way of life should make us realize God within ourselves. For this we need to follow Yoga and Pranayama.

It’s real good to see that you people believe in Geeta. I did listen the first chapter from this site so that I could learn but all I could hear was the ‘Laughs’ . You are making people listen from your version of Geeta. I’m from India and here Geeta is not just a book but it’s our God who left this teaching for us to be motivated in this life. And oh yes swami doesn’t have beard just for the look there are reason they have that look which obviously you guys will never understand but that’s okay. At least Geeta is helping you guys in some way! NAMASTE
