We can meditate on the sloka of thaithariyopanishd ,Ananda valli, 7-3 ( yadha hyevaisha yethsminnadrusye, anathme ….). This world is is net . we have fallen into it. we have to attain that state where we become pure consciousness.

In reply to b k b rao. Vedas are called Apaurusheya, ie, not given by people. Though it is difficult to accept it in these days of rationalistic approach to things, we have to accept that it is difficult to date their origin. Periayawal swamiji of Kamakoti Peetham has said that Vedas are part of the atmosphere and one has only to discern or experience it. That takes us to a totally different world of meditation which needs sadhana under spiritual masters.
