The One Step Path is a book with a single aim. That is: To open your mind to a different perspective. It should be read with the intent of it being the last book you ever read. The book is written to the one who, with deep sincerity, seeks conclusion of all illusion, vexation, and suffering. For that person, the Path to Reality and Liberation is revealed in one single step.
This different perspective is: What if everything you think you are – every way in which you describe yourself – is not your True Self. But only an illusion, an apparition, a fictional character manufactured by the mind and having no existence apart from the mind? What if everything you think, and therefore your entire subjective experience of Life, is itself, just a certain perspective? What if a slight shift in this perspective could bring about a profound change of experience?
The last book you will ever read
This book is not intended to stimulate the intellect or entertain the mind. If You are looking for words that will make You feel something or to reaffirm a belief system, go read a different book. Actually finding is the end of seeking. Perhaps You have been so accustomed to seeking that You don’t even realize that You are terrified of the actuality of the end of the seeking. How many “spiritual” books have You read? If You have agreed with them, then why are You still reading/seeking? If You are completely honest, You will have to concede that You continue to read/seek simply to keep the mind in operation. Words lead to more words. Mind leads to more mind. If You sincerely wish a conclusion to the search, You must be willing to conclude mind. This book should be read with the intent of it being the last book You ever read.

I read your book three times in a row, even at the beginning of reading I was looking forward to what I was reading, so when I got to the middle of the book I was looking forward to the content of the book even more. with the complete honesty of my consciousness I am addressing you now, so at the end of the content of your book the visible feeling on my face was the same as when I finished reading hundreds of other books with the same or similar content as your book. nothing has changed in me, nothing, the situation in me is still the same, fear, fear that is justified and that has been warning me all my life, now I am 63 years old, I feel only non-existence outside this body, that I have no form, that I do not even have the consciousness that I am aware that I exist, and that feeling itself consumes me and attacks me, and with all my strength I concentrate on the me that I am, alexa Canadian of flesh and blood, only then does peace return to my mind, only then does it return, even I go further and further with an explanation, when I enter that state of consciousness that I’m not aware that I’m aware, a red light alarm goes off in me that I’m starting to go crazy, a person with a normal consciousness does not have these feelings of non-existence. I admire all of you, who exist outside of this identity with this earthly material body, I repeat, nothing, nothing, nothing interests me in this world except studying and reading books on the topic of whether I exist who is outside of the material body. I consciously feel non-existence, emptiness, non-existence, when that feeling increases in me, I’m simply nowhere, it’s a fear that I can’t describe, that fear is not earthly, no it’s not, respected one. It may not be necessary if you are able to follow a few simple directions. I’m also 63 and have been a seeker all my life. It’s done. There’s still things to attend to, but everything is different. I never imagined I’d say these things to anyone, but it’s true.

I wish this book was around when I was reading, and re-reading and re-reading A Course in Miracle for almost 20 years. But I moved on from that and literally have read next to nothing for spirituality – until – this book was given me by the Universe. Author is no important for it is only my mind that is reading the words here. A truly great book to not only read, but to accept what is being told to you. I have downloaded many books over the years from here, but never have I been more open to any of them with this exception. Thank you for your continued work here.
