The Hermetical Triumph: or, The Victorious Philosophical Stone. A Treatise more complete and more intelligible than any has been yet, concerning The Hermetical Magistery, the introduction says. This was written in the first English version published in London 1723, the same version as you can download as a PDF book here. The work is considered a main work in alchemy.
The book is and English translation of Limojon de Saint Didier‘s ‘Le triomphe hermétique’ which comprised Didier’s French translation of a Latin version of the German work ‘Uralter-Ritter-Krieg’, with his commentary : this edition also includes an English translation of Uralter Ritter-Krieg, from the original German, i.e. ‘The war of the knights’.
