why is this one of the most difficult sites to use? I’m not a computer genius, but I tried several times to download the book, but all I get was the 10 offers to convert doc to pdf. I do not want the conversion download. I did that several times. How about the book itself it was supposed to convert? now I have to go through my files and delete the convert doc to pdf crap and still not have the book.
